The Shop features a wide variety of the Museum’s original goods, designed based on the Collection, facility, and logo, to brighten up every day life. The Cafe is run by “Fumuro-ya”. “Fumuro-ya” is well-known establishment (since 1865) of Kaga-fu (Kaga style wheat gluten cakes) from Kanazawa.
