Tsai creates artworks using plastic pipe and guides the viewer to problems that interest him by enabling the viewer to participate in the work. He heavily uses sound in his artwork, and in this program he plans to use plastic to enable the audience to hear sounds from around the world, creating a piece that provides an intriguing experience of being in cities overseas while staying in Roppongi.
