Born in Ehime in 1980, he currently resides in Kyoto. He received a degree from the Department of Spatial Design at Kyoto University of Art and Design. His wide-ranging work includes sound art as well as sculpture, video art, installations, and interactive works. He reconsiders the functions and properties of objects, reconstructing them to invert relationships and values, and replays experiences and memories in new contexts. His work focuses on sound, written language, and time.
