This vibrant artist, who is active in the world of street art, will present a new large-scale painting created for specifically for this event. The exhibition will take place in a vacant space that once housed a convenience store, and the artist in this work will question human existence in a consumer society. You’ll be able to feel the dark humor that is central to this artist’s practice.
ARTISTS
Riva Christophe
Riva Christophe has experience living in France, Japan and China, produces works inspired by graffiti and comics that are developed independently in each country. Many of Christophe’s works depict a dynamic touch that transforms humans into different things. It is an attempt to create a unique visual language for communication that can not be supplemented by the existing language and culture framework in a multicultural age.
